boomslang wiring harness extension and soldered it up. I reinstalled the harness and performed the SAFC initial setting and fired her up.....and she fired!!!!WOOOOHOOOOOO. I have a autometer A/F ratio gauge on there and it seems like she is running lean as the exhaust smells. My meter registers in bars red bars for lean, yellow bars for stoich, and green for rich. When I fired her up cold she registered in the yellow and when it warmed up it was settled in the red(last red bar) and the exhaust stunk. I'd rev her and the gauge would swing up to the green thru the yellows and then back to the red which is normal. My question is ....can you drive the Z with only the intial setting made?????? Is that the normal ECU mode????? Or do you need to start tuning right away????
